Windows 10 is officially reaching it's End of Life tomorrow (Oct. 14, 2025).
This means that it will no longer receive updates from Microsoft, and will become at risk of security vulnerabilities.
It is important that you upgrade to Windows 11, or switch to Linux if you can't.
Switching to Windows 11 is very easy, at least that's what I've heard.
I don't know much about Windows (I use macOS & Linux) so it's best to follow this guide from Microsoft Support.
Linux is much easier than many people make it seem to be, and is a good alternative to Windows 11 these days.
To switch to Linux, you first should know that Linux isn't 1 OS, it's many OSes called "Distros".
The 2 that I suggest is Ubuntu and Linux Mint.
Another newer Linux Distro is KDE Neon.
